1. The 30-Day Evaluation Window

From the day your package is delivered, you have 30 days to evaluate your purchase.

  • Eligible Scenarios: Manufacturing defects, shipping damage, or performance that significantly deviates from our descriptions.

  • Product Condition: To assist with our quality control and eco-friendly processing, we ask that you keep the original packaging and ensure the product is returned in a respectful condition.

2. A Streamlined Resolution Process

We value your time. Our return process is simplified into three clear steps:

  1. Initiate: Email service@bufryna.com with your Order Number (e.g., #BUF1234) and a brief photo or video highlighting the issue.

  2. Review: Our Quality Assurance team will evaluate your request within 24 hours. For confirmed defects, we often arrange a direct replacement or a full refund without requiring you to ship the damaged item back.

  3. Restoration: Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

3. Specific Guidelines

  • Transit Damage: Please inspect your parcel within 48 hours of arrival. If the tools are compromised due to shipping, contact us immediately for priority handling.

  • Discretionary Returns: If you change your mind for reasons unrelated to quality, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Exclusions: We cannot accept returns beyond the 30-day window or items damaged through intentional misuse or improper care of the tools.
